PvP Nights?

I know PvP is not a thing for this shard, so maybe a fight night would be a nice idea?
I am by no means a PvP guru. Infact, i havent won a single challenge! But i would love to see a PvP tourney, utilizing one of the duelling pits around the world. Maybe it could become a weekly thing? People come along, bring some of their best equipment, and then we can have a GM moderate it. Could do 1 on 1, 2 on 2 etc, with prizes for the winners. Could also implement a betting stone, where you bet on which fighter will win next!
I think this might bring the shard together at a social event, and it would be easy to set up and run. Stick a couple of gates down from key locations (Luna, Brit, Buccs), and then tell people with a public broadcast that its going to run in x minutes.
Just a suggestion, and means that theres a tiny bit of PvP implemented on the shard, but in a controlled environment, without the looting and drama!

well, I hate seeing a topic unanswered, so I'll give one. lol

I think right now, it's a little bit hard to organise any active particpation events, let alone pvp. It's a good idea though, Sam. Definitely something worth doing in the future, I think. Just need the player basis first, unfortunately.

I'd love that! And I know a way to raise the player basis indirectly.... Offer rewards for voting, albiet minor ones. Perhaps a one in three chance of recieving gold, small ammounts of random resources, or better yet reward scrolls? Should be easy enough to set up..... And it will keep the shard at the top of the list because, hey, who DOESN'T want free reward scrolls?
