Oooh, 99 members. Should we give the 100th member something special in-game? Like choice of a reward or something?

How about rewarding the people who actually stay and play on the shard rather than passing out rewards to just a member who is a certain number on joining the forums or have a certain amount of posts? Just my 2 cents.

It's more about celebrating a milestone than it would be specifically for rewarding an individual person. It should definitely be someone who is in-game, and not just someone who registers on the forum. It would need to be anyway for them to get a reward item. But this did get me thinking, do we have 100 members in-game? Cause that would be the milestone we should celebrate. Here's an idea, kind of piggybacking on my original and Athena's as well. How about an in-game statue celebrating the 100th member and maybe one for the longest (non-GM) player as well? The reward item thing was just an idea, if someone has one better, throw it out there.

I do like this idea.
Maybe it's just a matter of making the player rewards system a little more meaningful, e.g. does anyone really need or want a black dye tub?

A statue of myself maybe? (I guess im the oldest non-staff member, but whatever)...

The statue idea seems a nice thing.

What about giving some reward to everyone, like on those holydays...
Some kind of deco, with something useful too, like 1/2 RSs...

We're tossing around some ideas. We've got several that we're trying to nail down.
As it is, I've got some catching up to do with the Top Quester awards.
