The Expanse patch v1.4 and the new interface

So I copied the files from "The Expanse patch v1.4" and logged it to see the interface to be quite different. I'm sure many people like it but I like the old interface. Is it possible to back this out and keep all the other custom hues and such?

If you downloaded the Expanse Patch 1.4DD, you installed the Dragon Desktop patch version. You'll need to scroll to the bottom of the patch thread and download UOExpanse Patch v1.4 instead. Because some players do utilize the Dragon Desktop, there must be two downloads for all shard patches. But you can always count on the latest shard patch being at the BOTTOM of the patch thread, with the patch notes for that version at the very top.

So I'm confused as to which I should download then...

I see two downloads and one says it's for Dragon and the other one has it as well.

Some of the files are the same for each download, but the downloads themselves are different. The Dragon Desktop download with grab the file UOExpanse_Patch_1.4DD.zip and the regular shard patch is UOExpanse_Patch_1.4.zip. If you're not going to use the Dragon Desktop, download the patch at the bottom of the patch thread: UOExpanse_Patch_1.4.zip.

The regular shard patches will always be at the bottom of the patch thread, always. The link for the Dragon Desktop latest patch version will be listed in the latest content patch notes, so usually at the top of the patch thread. I also modified the links to be bold and yellow so they are nice and easy to spot.

Sorry to be a pain but if what you say is true then this file [UOExpanse_Patch_1.4.zip], which I downloaded and used, has the Dragon Desktop in it.

I'll verify what I just said tonight but I'm almost positive that this is the case. I downloaded the last zip from the other post which was named [UOExpanse_Patch_1.4.zip].

I downloaded that zip file again and it has the same files as the one I downloaded the other day. And it displays the Dragon Desktop.
