Connecting info, server status : online is a lie?

the mention server status is online on this page, is it just a green text? or should change automatically when the server is down?

How did you make that, program wise? I'm thinking maybe photoshop? That's something I've never gotten into.

i used "GIMP 2" , you can found it here for free " http://www.gimp.org/ ".

its not very intuitive, but once you get used to ,you can do a lot of things really quick.

The server is back online now (or at the time of this posting should be in about 1 minute). The problem that took it down has been fixed. The server connection page shows the server status as online anytime the port is open for the server. During a crash like this morning, the port never closed until the issue was fixed.
