Sail Boat Menber ( Idea )

I have seen the sail boat membership around. Not too samilair with it, because I don't remember reading about it anywhere. Perhaps a boat could be set in cove as part of sail membership to take a person to places.

We have this feature. It is only present in the Trammel Facet, however. Look at the one of the docks.
