The Midnight Coven Quest

The Midnight Coven-former quest line that was deactivated for awhile that has been brought back with some adjustments. The quest starts at a mysterious red moongate in the southern part of Blood Dungeon in Ilshenar where the Succubus spawns. Upon entering the moongate, you will be in a dark, dank place that has a foul smell in the air. As you continue through the small dungeon, you will see Charmaine standing upon an alter. She was taken captive by vampires of The Midnight Coven and brought to the dungeon to feed the other vampires. If you choose to rescue her, beware as they won't let her go without a fight. It is also ill-advised to use AoE spells as other vampires could be lurking in the shadows. One might easily find themselves overwhelmed and forced to retreat.

If you succeed in rescuing Charmaine, she will give you the quest to defeat the leader of The Midnight Coven, Lord Damon. She knows the location of the coven entrance and how to get in. Follow her instructions closely.

UPDATES: Players do not "need" the Vampiric Staff of Power to enter The Midnight Coven dungeon anymore. After you complete the quest, the staff can be put on display or put into the garbage. Make sure you READ your questbook AND the journal entries on the Journal Tab at the top or else you'll never know HOW to enter the coven's dungeon. This quest can be completed in a party and it is worth 3 quest points.

the entrance into the midnight coven is walled up and there hasnt been any tips or info on how to gte past the wall....other than a gm has gave you a tip!.......
