House Painting
House Painting-Limited ability house painting has been implemented. GMs only can currently do the painting. Some walls cannot be painted, the GM will let you know once they examine your house if the walls can be painted or not. Painted walls do have some side-effects. If a lower story wall is further underneath a higher story floor, the lower story wall will slightly push through the higher story floor. For example, if you build a porch on your ground floor, the walls around the porch will poke through the second floor. There are not visible, but they can create an impassable spot on the higher story floor. A demonstration can be shown before your house is fully painted. Painted walls can easily be removed, they are not permanent. The cost for house painting is 1/2 the total value of your house, with repaints costing 1/4 of the total value.
