15% OFF Halloween Items!! (Happy Halloween!!)

There is a 15% off sale on all Halloween items only, the sale does not include regularly stocked store items. (NOTE: Halloween sale does not apply during the Columbus Day sale. Oct 7th through Oct 10th.)
There is however a coupon code for 35% off that can drop from monsters on the shard that can be used, which can be used to further discount items during sales.
In order to get the 35% off coupon, players must turn in the certificate they received from killing a monster to Raist in-game. You will then receive a one time use coupon code.
The certificate is a boss drop, which means it can drop on any boss; Peerless, Champ bosses (including Death Maw Champs), Underworld bosses, and Lair of the Six bosses.
(Note: The discount coupon cannot be used on specialized sale items, which are usually holiday items.)
