i have like 30 40 talismans but couldn't find one with inscription bonus, is the inscription bonus have been removed from the shard on purpose? or m i just so unlucky?

You're just unlucky, I have several from killing the heck out of peerless type monsters.  Can sell you one, if you like.

30% is getting close to greedy 

I will get one with 30% one day. I just need to donate enough times to get the My Book talisman, from Britain Library, with the gains that I want.

finally my 80's Talisman has 15% inscription.

good idea for the mybook talisman!! but the bonus in inscription is random.

11-30% random on both Regular and Exceptional. I got my first My Book and no exceptional and 11% bonus, what luck    But I will get an awesome one, its just talks LOTS of patience.
