If possible could we have engraving tools for wooden containers, i.e. chests?

Also can there be something to add the uses of tools together? Maybe a reward scroll tool chest, tool kit or tool house. I dont know if the other storage items do this because I cant afford them yet.

Also, can metal chests be added as a very hard tinkering item? Maybe that would keep the color of the metal used.

Ooo, maybe make it require blacksmithing and tinkering, say 90 smithing and 45 tinkering.
