Humans and throwing

Can humans train throwing above 10 here? Would like to suggest allowing humans to train throwing if not. Very fun and fantastic skill and would allow ranged attacks for humans without requiring ammo and also allow use of shield for defense.

By default, throwing is a Gargoyle skill only. Advantages and disadvantages of picking a race when creating a character ;)
