Soul Stones and Fragments

Raist,

Have Soul Stones been taken out of the game? They were available at one time and now they are not. Same with Fragments. Soul Stones no longer show on the veteran reward list. Also, any word from Mog?

Soul Stones are still vet rewards, they have just been pushed farther out in the reward list. So you have to be on the shard a bit longer than 30 days to be able to get one and use one.
