I just was able to log into the shard several times but I can do nothing. I take a few steps and it just stops. I let it stay there a few minutes and it just sits there.
Is someone doing testing or something to cause this issue?

Try logging in again and see if you're okay. I moved you from Luna to New Haven. If not, see below.
Did you recently update your UO install? Which client version are you running? If you don't have 7.0.12.0, try using that one, if you do, contact me with a PM and we'll go from there.
