Yes, whirlwind is your friend here. As are any AoE props on your weapon or spells to deal with the minor spawn.
Pets are of limited use against her, tbh. I think even those with poison immunity get poisoned by her.
Prodigious use of bandies, the razor heal/cure hotkey and try to immobilise her so you can get a breather. She's killable just by melee alone.

She wasn't hitting me that many times and I was dead. Also, that poison doesn't help either.
Hrm... Gonna need some better tactics and gear I think.

She do not only poison but do an area damage that didnt poison at all, but hurts badly
A full mage-warrior, with all the spells he could have, can survive the lady, solo on meele as mich said, but what spells to do that, is up to you guys to find out
Also, you would need to chose your weapon well, there is a few ones with some special ability that would couple fair well with some spells you may use to survive that damage.
Thats all i could say, have some fun and make some trys

I saw someone do it last night with ease I might add using spells and melee. This person told me what spells to use as well.
I feel as though your armor is a definite factor as well. So, matg0d, what armor are you wearing for this?

I'll put my two cents in on this:
The Swamp Queen herself doesn't hit for much. It's her AoE that's doing the damage. So, make sure you have 70 poison resist and plenty of orange petals. If you don't have any orange petals, you might find a supplier on the shard if you ask around

Full resists is a Must for anything mostly, and with Spellcraft isnt hard to get...
And some dex bonus, atleast until you reach 210, is good to have, there you will have the maximum healing speed, then is up to you to stay alive

You don't really need to have maxxed out Dex, to be perfectly honest. I kill that thing with much less than that (166) and regular high-spec spellcrafted gear.

Some legends says that wearing the michtymog name gives a huge status bonus for the user...
