I've noticed that I can go over my skill cap with the tamer's shoes of veterinary but no other magical items, ie jewelry or even dread pirate hat, will take a skill above what your PS cap is at. I was just wondering if the shoes are set up wrong or maybe if they are just a special item. If special item are there any ways to raise combat skills or taming above the PS caps?
