Artifact Crafting
Allows players to craft replicas of stealables and other items after learning the recipe.

Component List

Artifact Maps: Similar to regular treasure maps, only they are based in Tokuno.
Artifact Chests: Dig these up just like a regular treasure map chest. Inside will either be Blueprint pieces or Master Blueprint Pieces.
Blueprint Pieces: Combine 3 blueprint pieces (doubleclick any one piece) to receive an Artifact Satchel, which contains a random recipe for Artifact Crafting.
Master Blueprint Pieces: 1 Master Blueprint and 1 Blueprint can be combined (doubleclick either piece) to receive an Artifact Satchel which contains two random recipes for Artifact Crafting.
Artifact Ore: Created by smelting gold coins (yes the ones in your backpack or bank). 1,000 gold = 1 Artifact Ore and you can smelt up to 5,000 gold at a time.
Transmogrifier: The tool you need to access the Artifact Crafting system. Chance to appear in Artifact Satchels.

How It Works

Players can visit the Vesper Museum and speak with Grant the Museum Guard to obtain a Museum Retrieval Investigator talisman. Equipping this talisman allows players to locate members of the Crimson Raiders who have been stealing artifacts from the museum. They are a murderous groups of bandits, but they are having trouble selling the items they have stolen. As such, most of the items are still being carried in their backpacks! Simply "steal" the item back and return it to Simon, Marcus' assistant, inside the Vesper Museum and he will reward you with an Artifact Map. The crafting system is based on a player's Item Identification skill. To train Item Ident, just click the skill and target an item. Most artifact replicas will retain the color of the wood used during crafting, with a few exceptions.
