Burned Food Rare

The OSI servers had a pretty rare item "Burned Food". They used to be plentiful, where you had a chance to burn ribs when you tried to cook them. They were so plentiful that people discarded them. So many people got rid of them, they became rares. Any chance to do something like this here? Maybe a rare chance at burning food when cooking? Or if its easier, just have it spawn some place as a very rare item?
Rares are an item I'd like to see more of on this server. Make a quest out of it or whatever. I'd like to get my hands on one. I used one of the house add-ons that shot fire out when you walked pasted it, which looked like it was burning the food item.
