Keep an eye out for fearsome excitement this Halloween. Rumor has it, that a nefarious underground pit-fighting club has established itself just off the Western coast of Buccaneer's Den. Although, the combatants certainly aren't ordinary pit-fighters, oh no. Certainly, not when the owner is none other than Grubbs Grady - legendary Werewolf hunter.
Featuring:
- An epic quest line which, among other things, grants you entry to the Wolf And Sword with a Monster Hunter's Insignia.
- Via the fight co-ordinator - you can arrange to pit yourself against one of five super-tough gladitorial werewolves. However, you may only one fight per day and you absolutely must not die in combat.
-Tiered combat, each level of combatant unlocks the next. It only ends when you are the ultimate champion or you die.
However, the rewards are high:
- You may wager your money ( Starting at 1k and ending 50k for the final tier) for a 150% potential return.
-Victory will also earn you a trophy (Dependent on the gladiator difficulty), the potential for special rares to drop (Which can be used to create some truly legendary Werewolf hunting gear) and several other wolfish mementos.

Taking our extended server maintenance time into count, we are starting a new month long New Player Recruitment Drive.
When Does It Start?
The Recruitment Drive starts Sunday, Sept 1st until Tuesday, October 1st 2013.
How Does It Work?
Current players can invite new players to The Expanse and receive a free gift from the Reward House. Also, the player(s) they bring in will receive the same gift. The player that brings in the most new players at the end of the drive will receive a free gift from the Online Store and a special statue for their house.
What Is A New Player?
A New Player is someone brand new to The Expanse. This person cannot share an account with an existing player and if they have the same IP, we will require additional information to deter cheating.
What Should "We" Do?
If you have player/players to bring to The Expanse, make sure they register on the forums and contact Raist via PM stating who invited them. The person doing the inviting must ALSO contact Raist via PM on the forums and state who they have invited.
This is Win/Win for everyone folks! So get out there and invite friends, family and your neighbors you don't even know!

Current players will receive a $5 bonus for use in The Expanse Online Store for every new player they bring to the shard. If you recruit 10 new players, you'll get a gift certificate worth $50. If you recruit 5 new players, you'll get a gift certificate worth $25, etc. New players must join the forums and contact a staff member to let them know who recruited them and they must remain active for at least two weeks on the shard. New recruits will be given a +100 Bonus Stat Ball on their first new character as well. This isn't a winner takes all competition, everyone that recruits earns the $5 bonus per new recruit and all new recruits get the +100 Bonus Stat Ball! This is the perfect opportunity to really grow the playerbase on The Expanse and everyone wins!

1. Jack the Easter Bunny- You can find Jack inside Zento bank. If you talk to him, he will tell you about the Easter Child who didn't get anything for Easter. The child can be found wandering around outside Zento. He will ask you to bring him some Chocolate Dust. You can get that from the Easter Child. After you return to Jack and give him the chocolate dust, you'll get an Easter Giftbox with one of many different items!
2. The Easter Child- Along the outskirts of Zento, you can find the Easter Child. She is sad because she didn't get anything for Easter. She tells you about this rabbit that lives nearby who has a bunch of Easter Eggs just lying around. Bring her some Easter Eggs and she'll give you chocolate dust, bring the chocolate dust to Jack the Easter Bunny inside Zento Bank.

1. Easter Egg Hunt-The Easter Egg Hunt will begin on March 26th in New Haven. Look for an Easter Basket near the docks just south of the New Haven Bank. There are 20 baskets in all, each basket contains eggs that will give clues to the location of the next basket. Please do the baskets in order, do not click a basket twice to get more eggs and save ALL the eggs to turn in the Staff Member to get your reward.
